Again today, Friday, an NPS ranger is leading an archaeology walk of the Montezuma Well location at 11:30 AM.  This evening, doors open at 5:30 PM, there is a free movie offered by the Kiwanis Key Club starting at 6 PM in the Beaver Creek Baptist Church.  More information is below and the movie looks very entertaining.
Our FREE dump days continue at the Camp Verde Transfer Station.  Please ask to get directed back to Phil’s location with your electronics, computers, metals, pots & pans, TVs, refrigerators and aluminum cans.  He is our local connection to recycling and is working on improving recycling for Yavapai County.  And Beaver Creek Transit will benefit from your aluminum cans which he also is collecting.
There are two teaching positions open at Beaver Creek School, one Primary and one Intermediate.  Candidates must have a valid AZ teaching certificate and an IVP finger print clearance card.  Apply at BC School, 4810 E Beaver Creek Rd or print an application at .  Please get the word out.  Next Wednesday the registration for ALL DAY Kindergarten begins at school with a welcome from Mrs.Artrip.  More information is below.

Special Events for Last Friday in March
Thursday, Fridays, Saturdays, 3/28 thru 4/6-FREE DUMP DAYS  at the Camp Verde Transfer Station, 2600 E. Hwy 260, 7 miles East of I-17 from 8 AM to 4 PM.District 2 Supervisor Tom Thurman and The Yavapai County Board of Supervisors, working with the Public Works Department, is pleased to announce a community cleanup in the Verde Valley.  Accepted items are: household appliances, TV’s , bagged trash, auto batteries, unmounted tires, furniture, and yard trimmings. Items that will not be accepted: loose trash, liquids, hazardous materials, cars, Ni Cad batteries, dead animals and any commercial dumping.  For additional information please contact the Yavapai County Public Works Public Works at 928-771-3183. (See flyer below)
Friday, 3/29-A Guided Archaeology Walk at Montezuma Well starts at 11:30 AM. The walk is lead by an NPS Park Ranger.
Friday, 3/29-FREE Movie Night for 1st through 5th graders at Beaver Creek Baptist Church hosted by the Kiwanis Key Club. Doors open at 5:30 PM and “Ralph Breaks the Internet” starts at 6 PM.
