Montezuma Estates Property Owners Association (MEPOA)
SATURDAY FEB 23, 2008
9:30 AM @ MONTEZUMA RIMROCK FIRE HOUSE
1. Treasurer's Report
2. Officer Nomination & Discussion
If you are civic minded or have a genuine concern for your surrounding community and are concerned about how to keep your property values up please attend this meeting. You can either become involved as an officer or become a non officer on a committee. The officer positions open are, President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Architectural Committee Chairperson.
There are many things happening in and around our community that we must be a part of. As you can see there is much road work being done to improve Beaver Creek Road and construction will start in the not too distant future to widen and improve the interchange to and from I-17 in McGuireville. Beaver Creek Regional Council (BCRC) http://www.beavercreekaz.org is representing our area in Prescott. MEPOA needs to have a representative on that council because BCRC will be making recommendations that will be effecting our subdivision.
The roads in our subdivision have always been a point for discussion. MEPOA needs concerned people on the road committee to research and make recommendations to the property owners on road improvement, maintenance and costs.
Any one interested in becoming an officer with MEPOA must be up to date on their MEPOA dues. The dues are $25.00 per year. This covers administrative expense, office supplies, state dues, tax preparation etc.
I am enclosing a few web site links for people to become familiar with various issues concerning us:
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions 567-4646 (H) or email email@example.com
